Why We Do It

Poverty and cultural barriers can often send kids down a dangerous and destructive path. We are honored to be an extra layer of support and care for these families by championing their kids! 

Through tutoring, mentoring and leadership development we get to be a part a child's journey and their success. The challenging obstacles they face today become the very tools they need to succeed when they have a mentor who believes in them!

Our work is motivated by our faith in Christ, his example, and his words in Matthew 25:31-46. In this passage we learn we have an incredible opportunity to encounter Christ himself when we serve the poor and welcome the immigrant.
