About Us

Our Mission Statement:  Through neighborhood based tutoring, mentoring and leadership development, Presencia helps kids see the beauty in themselves and recognize it in others, inspiring the next generation of leaders in Atlanta's immigrant community.

How we do it: We build healthy community around the children of immigrants through a variety of programs and initiatives.

In the Buford Highway neighborhood of Atlanta, Presencia offers after-school programming, leadership development, social enterprise, and affordable housing initiatives to help children grow into healthy adults who lead with love.

All of our program staff participated in Presencia as children and now mentor the next generation.
